SURPRISE!
Jennifer pulled off a great surprise party for me last night. I love surprises and she can’t keep one to save her life so I was more than shocked, very surprised and extremely humbled. A nice little nugget is that my sister in law who dismisses twitter as silly was kinda taken back by the fact that of the 34 people that were here only her and my neighbors weren’t on twitter....

Woke up
To Birthday wishes from he kids as they all piled on the bed and gave me “Phase One” of my Birthday presents. I got a gift certificate for the hour massage I’m getting at 10:30. Paul Newman made me some coffee and the Avett Brothers are singing to me. “I’m in love what can I say with Jenny and the summer day”

I always remember 9/11 as the year I got my face smashed in in a bar fight. I was out the night before my birthday on 9/8 cause we were starting the celebrating early. Got to the bar ordered a Guinness and headed to the jukebox. The juke in this place had some really great music. Punk, Industrial, Alternative and a lot of Chicago/Wax Trax music. While at the juke this guy was being ridiculed...
